In this note, we derive a simple expression for some of the results Kloeck obtained in his article "Dynamic Adjustment When the Target Is Nonstationary". We show that the dynamic adjustment process he proposed can be expressed as an error correction mechanism of type d, under appropriate assumptions on the behaviour of the target.
